花蓮縣富里鄉不只擁有自然美景，更是「富麗米」的故鄉，本設計以「大地捎來的祝福包裹」為概念，將富里鄉六大美景以明信片方式呈現於米袋包裝上，外盒則是包裹造型，象徵為旅人保存美好旅行記憶，更將這份感動打包成祝福的包裹，分享給每位重要的人。

Developing from the concept "A blessed package brought by land", Fuli Township's six most exclusive landscapes (Liushishi Mountain, Luoshan Waterfalls, Xiaotienxiang, Liji Badlands, Sea of flowers in Fuli, East Rift Valley scenery) were displayed as postcards on rice packages. The outer box was designed as a package, representing preserving pleasant traveling memories for travelers, or even share the pleasantness with precious people. “Fuli Happiness Boxed Gift” combined travel imagery, local landscapes and ingredients ("Fuli Rice"), pleasuring both vision and sense of taste, conveying Fuli Townships' flavor and natural beauty worldwide.
